Will ayurvedic health coaching cure my condition?
Ayurvedic health coaching supports diet and lifestyle shifts over time to create more balance and health. It is not considered “curative". Sara does not make prescriptions for herbs or medications. It is preferred that you seek help from a qualified health professional for any serious physical or mental health concerns.
Why are cleanses offered in the spring?
The spring is the optimal time to clear ama, or toxic sludge, from the body and mind. Spring follows the inward drawing energy of winter into a season of renewal and new growth. It’s the perfect time to clear away toxins in order to plant new, fresh habits.
Why can’t I just book one session with Sara?
In ayurvedic health coaching, change does not happen overnight. The first session is used primarily to understand you as a whole person. Ayurveda is a “slow medicine.” The healing power of ayurveda unfolds over time as you diligently put healthy practices into place. Typically, a client will see positive change after 5-6 sessions.
